Director of Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing at Reincubate. You’ll be working closely with the CEO as a part of the management team, building on the success of Camo (reincubate.com/camo), our app that gives people video superpowers!

Our customers include teams at Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Amazon, the world’s top universities, VIPs around the world, and plenty of people who just want to look better online. Our work has been recognized by HM Queen Elizabeth II, the NYT, WSJ, and the BBC. Users rate Reincubate as one of the UK’s most-loved software companies (reincubate.com/about).

You will 

  • Build & run the marketing plan to achieve the company’s goals, using a variety of channels (content, launches, SEM, social, influencer, sponsorship, PR, partner, email, events, etc.) 
  • Manage and hire the team of external experts required to deliver the plan, and ensure they’re world-class 
  • Get hands-on and muck in to make it happen 
  • Work closely with the sales, bizdev, success, product & engineering teams 
  • Measure, report, and hit the goals in the plan

  • Super organized and process-oriented: excellent time-management, data-driven decision-making, and an eye for detail 
  • Excellent with spoken and written communication, able to craft compelling messages with copywriting and video skills 
  • Tenacious and biased to action in finding solutions and focusing on what must be done to achieve goals, enthusiastic, engaging, and empathetic throughout
