About the role

We're excited to be growing our sales team at DocStation to help build our organization as we continue to scale. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to implement and execute sales and business development activities. Your primary responsibility is selling software and services to pharmacy enterprises.

You should expect to develop a deep understanding of the product, drive sales by prospecting opportunities, and collaborate with the operations team to submit proposals and close net new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new business for the company, specifically in the retail, community, independent, and grocery chain pharmacy vertical
  • Conducting product demonstrations to prospective and current customers
  • Predicting the needs and questions presented by prospective customers and providing the necessary information during the decision-making process
  • Executing BAA and Service Agreements for new business and upsell purposes
  • Achieving daily KPI targets including: appointments, demonstrations, contracts & closing new business
  • Developing product awareness, acquiring a high-level competency in the full offering of DocStation's products & services, and continuously training to effectively present new products or software enhancements
  • Leading business development activities, including, but not limited to: email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, and attendance at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Communicate customer needs, feedback, value-add products, features, and services with engineering, product, & operations teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of related B2B sales experience and/or training
  • Proven capability of achieving quarterly quotas and KPIs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, customer service, relationship management, time management, and teamwork
  • Acts in a responsible, trustworthy, and ethical manner that considers the impact and consequences of one's actions or decisions
  • Analyzes problems or tasks from multiple perspectives; uses logical, systematic and sequential processes to solve issues
  • Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers and ability to find creative or novel solutions
  • Commitment to achieving DocStation's core business objectives of increasing the role of value-based pharmacy care and improving patient health in America
  • Diligent preparation for meetings and presentations; following-up to ensure all agreements and commitments have been fulfilled
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting
  • Experience working with pharmacy and/or healthcare organizations
