What You'll Do
Banzai Demio is the top rated webinar product in the world. Banzai is looking for an experienced General Manager to be the go-to-market leader for Demio.
As the General Manager, you'll define a go-to-market strategy and lead the Demio sales and marketing team. You'll also set the vision for Demio and coordinate with functional resources across Banzai to implement that vision.
Requirements
The Role
- Setting a vision for the Demio product and collaborating with peer cross-functional leaders
- Managing and analyzing marketing funnels with $1M+ budgets
- Build high performing cross-functional sales, marketing & partnership teams
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for sales forecasting and pipeline management
Your Experience
- Leading go-to-market teams from $5M to $25M in ARR
- Scaling up sales teams and building strong management teams to support continued growth
- Managing product-led growth funnel from trial to paid conversion and upgrade
