Marketing Manager
Pearl’s mission is to make our global community a better place by giving homeowners the tools to improve their homes’ health, comfort, efficiency, resilience — and value. We are passionate about improving the performance of residential buildings as a way to improve people’s lives and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Pearl is a national start-up that certifies high-performing homes: homes with efficient heating and cooling, solar, smart home devices, resilient features and much more. Pearl’s certification drives demand for these improvements by capturing their value for resale and appraisal.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, supportive team to work remotely from anywhere in the US. (We have been fully remote since our founding.)

- Conceptualize, manage and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the brand alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to create, test and evolve nurturing tactics
- Oversee and coordinate with marketing consultants (digital team, designers, copy writers and publicists) to develop creative briefs, guide creative direction and project manage advertising, public-facing communications, i.e., print, digital, and video assets
- Work with Marketing Team to manage content for customers, participation in events, and documenting processes
- Work with VP of Marketing and other department leaders to use metrics and analytics to gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies and generate more qualified leads
- Assist in building brand value by executing on marketing strategies to meet existing needs — and drive future profits
- Under pandemic circumstances, Pearl does not require staff to travel, but when travel becomes safer, some occasional travel may be required for staff meetings and/or industry conferences and tradeshows.

Nice to have:
