Well, then you might be the right person to join our marketing team and help Conversific scale internationally.
Our company is on a mission to provide SMBs with Amazon-like business intelligence superpowers and help them increase their bottom line by higher conversions, more sales, and higher CLTV.
In order to help us achieve these ambitions, we're currently looking for a data-driven performance marketer with at least 2 years of experience in preferably a similar Marketing role, ideally in the SaaS space.
It's essential that you are capable of getting your hands dirty and help to build and manage the marketing team in the future.
Currently, the Team is small. This means that you're going to have tasks from a wide palette.

Responsibilities
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, sales, and target audience.
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all digital projects.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
What'll you need?
- If you have a degree that's great. That being said, we care more about what you contribute to our mission and vision than your educational background.
- Fluent English is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics is a must.
- Being able to coordinate Facebook and Google Ads campaign management is a must.
