About the Role
  • Seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. 
  • Set sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Research prospects and generating leads.
  • Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
  • Manage the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Build and maintain a CRM database.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales team meetings.

Ideal Candidate
  • 5-10 years of overall sales experience, majority of it in outbound Sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
