We are currently seeking a full-time Business Operations Lead for all aspects related to the daily business operations.
  • Works closely with the CEO daily on a variety of tasks including, making decisions and setting strategic objectives, providing support with acquisitions;
  • Monitors daily business operations, designs processes to optimize and maximize operating potential;
  • Responsible for the business operations including tracking operational metrics, budgeting, reporting, auditing;
  • Supervises and motivates staff, and provide constructive feedback and coaching;
  • Manage relationships and agreements with external partners/vendors;
  • Evaluates and mitigates project risks;
  • Oversees and manages technology within the organization;
  • Manages, evaluates, and reports on key performance indicators; and
  • Manages procurement processes and coordinate resource allocation.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, Master’s degree an asset;
  • Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in an operations role;
  • Minimum of five (5) years Management experience;
  • High proficiency using modern tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Jira, (etc.);
  • Proficiency with SQL, Tableau an asset;
  • Be a self-starter who can manage and motivate staff;
  • Working knowledge of data analysis, processing, and reporting;
  • Proven success with process design and optimizing efficiency;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy;
  • Problem-solving aptitude;
  • Ability and interest in quickly learning and adapting; and
  • Experience working with no/low-code tools an asset.
