The Opportunity

We're looking for someone to assist us in creating a world class spend management platform, combining the power of a credit card with our world class bill pay platform. With over thousands of companies already enjoying Corpay One today - and thousands more expected in the near future - your work will directly impact how companies and, more importantly, people all over the world interact with finances and automation on a daily basis.
 
Joining us as a Product Manager is the perfect opportunity to directly influence and drive our product development processes from start to finish, while working with our top notch talent across all departments in Corpay One.
 
You will help build integrations from our platform to popular accounting software, create payment products designed for our platform, guide projects through Engineering and QA, and work with Marketing to promote new features.  You'll exercise your superior stakeholder management and process development skills, while soaking up knowledge and identifying room for improvement along the way.  Knowledge of accounting software is a must (e.g., e-conomic, Business Central, Sage, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Online)

About your new team

You'll be joining our Product team, which consists of Product Managers as well as Designers and UX/UI specialists, and an experience manager. You’ll work closely with all our other departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Credit, Engineering, and our Knowledge and Training Department.

Responsibilities

  • Help design integrations between Corpay One and popular accounting software, automating processes helping small businesses save time and money
  • Engage with counterparts at accounting software companies to develop integrations 
  • Partner with Engineering to lead delivery of new features and products in an Agile environment
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to understand customer bill pay and spend needs, and develop solutions that make their lives easier
  • Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns that attract new businesses to our platform
  • Be a gatekeeper for quality
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders at optimal stages, while driving several projects simultaneously
  • Measure success and implement top of class KPI management

Our ideal candidate has

  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as e-conomic, Business Central, Sage, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Online, etc.
  • A product management background and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or quantitative discipline with outstanding academic performance
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as e-conomic, Business Central, Sage, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Online, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, group dynamics, etc.
  • Experience working closely with Product Development teams in an Agile or Structured Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
  • Excels with stakeholder management
  • Can own the metrics process from A to Z to measure progress and success
  • Easily facilitates discussions, which translate into progress and development
  • Is able to facilitate progression and get other people to deliver
  • Embodies strong prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and shift focus when needed
  • May not be an expert in every field, but is able to understand and communicate a problem clearly to the right domain experts to ensure contribution and deliverables.
