Team Lead
We're looking for a Team Lead to facilitate learning, excellence and delivery in AgencyAnalytic's Experience group. In this role, you'll directly manage a team of 3-8 engineers who work on our user experience, creating and maintaining the features that augment our core missions. You will help us reduce friction for users by creating a team that focuses on quality and the customer, ensuring all features align together to deliver a single experience.
As a Team Lead, you will have responsibilities that span equally across people, engineering, and product delivery. We will rely on you to ensure that the team and technology grows and continues to execute on our mission.
This position is 100% remote and only eligible for those who are authorized to work in Canada. We ask that Team Leads work in the EST (Toronto / New York) time zone to reduce communication barriers for the team.
What You'll Do
- Build, lead and serve an effective team of 3-8 engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development
- Work with engineering leaders to continuously improve and nurture our culture, practices and employee wellbeing
- Work closely with your engineers every day to to deliver new user experiences and features to fulfil business needs
- Prioritize multiple incoming requests and oversee projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with other teams to build a cohesive experience across all business units
- Facilitate collaboration between engineers, product managers, and designers to reach the right goals and align with the company mission
- Advocate for engineering best practices and focus strongly on quality development
- Forecast team needs and capacity to match product needs
Job requirements
- You've worked for a SaaS or similar products that focus on user experience
- You have experience leading a remote team
- You have a strong sense for UI quality and understand user behavior
- You have experience or passion for developing positive culture and focus on employee wellbeing
- You have a good understanding of development practices
- You've previously led an engineering team of a similar size
- You're passionate about growing your team
